Refunding Policy

Please, take care to type the correct name while filling the payment form. From the moment of completion of forwarding the credit to the user’s account, operation cannot be cancelled.

Forwarding the credit to another person’s name due to a client’s mistake is considered fully a client’s responsibility. Any claim for refund in such situation will be rejected.

A client should address all the claims concerning any refunds connected with use of the VOIP telephony to the service provider. As the commercial agent we are not able to refund any payment in connection with these issues.
